On August 15, 2015, the Saturday Activities in Mae Sariang Camps had many chidren and youth join in the learning about hazard and disasters in the community especially hazard of fire that has occurred many times and caused big damages and that children and youth can be a part of the community awareness raising to reduce the risk of fire hazard.

To make the awareness raising known by public, children and youth have then joined the campaign on disaster risk reduction by marching along the community roads carrying signs and posters with words and pictures about hazard and disaster risk reduction.

This activity has been successfully completed by the participation of 300 youth and children in Ban Mae Lama Luang and 294 in Ban Mae La Oon camps.
